He is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney). He is specialized in electronic and computer science as well as in trademark law, design and domain names. Bertrand F. Christelle COLLOT-MOULIN holds a Master of Science (MSc) in mathematics from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). She entered the profession in 2008 and specialised in the fields of mechanics, watchmaking and medical devices. She successfully passed the European Qualifying Exam in 2012. She is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney) and a member of VESPA (Professional Association of Swiss authorized representative before the EPO). In January 2016, Christelle became a Partner and a member of the Board of MICHELI & CIe SA.
Marine ZHENDRE is an engineer in biological science graduated from the 'Ecole Polytechnique de l'UNSA' (University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis) and of the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI). She entered the profession in 2011 and is specialised in pharmacology, nutritional component as well as mechanic specifically in the watchmaking industry. She successfully pased the European Qualification Examination in 2017 and is now acting as a European Patent Attoney before the European Patent Office.
Franz MEYER DE STADELHOFEN holds a master’s degree in physics and is a doctor of psychology from the University of Lausanne. He made his professional debut in 1990 and then returned to the profession for good in 2006 after his doctoral thesis. Having passed the Patent Bar in New York in 2013, he is also a US patent agent. He has a particularly extensive experience in the field of watchmaking and he also specializes in soft mobility as well as mechanics in general. Franz MEYER DE STADELHOFEN is a member of AROPI.
Jean-François LEGER, is a chemical engineer, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva and is graduated from the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI) and is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office. He is particularly specialized in the fields of chemistry, related sciences and engineering, as well as trademark law and design law and in the settlement of disputes relating to domain names before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Jean-François LEGER is a member and former president of the Association of the Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys, is a member of several other professional associations (FICPI, VESPA, AIPPI, INTA, INGRES, PTMG, LIDC) and was elected as a Swiss representative before the Board of European Patent Institute (EPI), as well as a member of the Executive Committee of FICPI. Finally, he was Judge at the Federal Appeal Commission for Intellectual Property matters (1994-2006).
