Michel P. MICHELI is an engineer in electricity graduated from the Federal Polytechnical High School of Lausanne and qualified as a European Patent Attorney. He has a very large patent practice, more particularly in electricity, electronics, physics and mechanics, and is specialized in the watchmaking industry and machine tools fields. He also has large experience in the trademark and industrial design practice. Michel P. Micheli is a member and a former president of the Association of Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys (VSP), a member of the International Federation of Intellectual Patent Attorneys (FICPI) and a former member of the International League of competion law as well as a former member of the Board of the Swiss Intellectual Property Office (IFPI). Michel P. MICHELI was also representing Switzerland as an elected member of the Board of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI). Michel P. MICHELI entered the profession in 1959. He is a shareholder and a member of the board of our company.

Bertrand F. MICHELI, is an electronic engineer graduated of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL) and of the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI). He is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney). He is specialized in electronic and computer science as well as in trademark law, design and domain names. Bertrand F. MICHELI is a member of the VSP, AIPPI, VESPA, LES (Licensing Executives Society) and FICPI, and a former assistant to the Secretary General of AIPPI. Bertrand F. MICHELI entered the profession in 1989. He is a shareholder and the chairman of the board of our company.

Bernard MAYJONADE is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in Paris and from the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI). He is specialized particularly in the areas of mechanics, watchmaking, medical devices and telecommunications, as well as in trademark law and designs. Bernard MAYJONADE is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office and a member of AIPPI, LES and VESPA. Bernard MAYJONADE entered the profession in 1995. He is a shareholder and member of the Board of our company.

Jean-François LEGER, is a chemical engineer, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva and is graduated of the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI) and is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office. He is particularly specialized in the fields of chemistry, related sciences and engineering, as well as trademark law and design law and in the settlement of disputes relating to domain names before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Jean-François LEGER is a member and former president of the Association of the Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys, is a member of several other professional associations (FICPI, VESPA, AIPPI, INTA, INGRES, PTMG, LIDC) and was elected as a Swiss representative before the Board of European Patent Institute (EPI), as well as a member of the Executive Committee of FICPI. Finally, he was Judge at the Federal Appeal Commission  for Intellectual Property matters (1994-2006). Jean-François LEGER entered the profession in 1973. He is a shareholder of our company.
